Kart Protection Systems was established over 20 years as a division of PolyProducts UK Ltd by a team of people with many years of experience in plastic moulding and fabrication.

This background from within the plastics engineering industry has enabled Kart Protection Systems to work with customers to design and develop both new and existing products, proof of this is the fact that KPS were the first company in the UK to design and mould a barrier system specifically for kart tracks.

We are the only business in the United Kingdom to manufacture in-house at our Sheffield factory, the whole range of corporate kart protection systems including barrier systems, side pods and bumpers. We supply only to the karting trade including kart tracks and most kart manufacturers and distributors.
